Hello Everyone:
On Sunday September 20, 2015, the Broad Museum of Contemporary will open its doors to the public for the first time. The museum is a monument to developer and philanthropist Eli Broad and his wife, Edythe. The building, located in Downtown Los Angeles, was designed by the well-known architecture firm Diller, Scofidio, and Renfro. Civic officials and art patrons are hoping the Broad Museum, along with the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Music Center, will make Grand Avenue a cultural destination.
